Stats for this year
Well, in the absence of the Rascle opta index, i compiled the seasons stats so far. Based on each player i worked out how many games they played. How many goals they scored, and average per game. How many goals the team conceded in the games that player was in, and how many per game. It doesn't say much as to how we play. And obviously some players missed out on the 21 goal drubbing we received against white Russians. But it makes for interesting reading!
The stats include tonights loss. So 12 games played.

Just for the records, two of my games I was injured after 5 minutes but I understand that they have to be considered for the stats purposes.
The eye-opener for me was that when Piggy plays we seem to perform better in defence! A goals against ratio that is the best for players that have played 8 or more is something to focus on. And if you compare it to other "defenders" (no insult meant) it shows he has played quite well this year, when put had in hand with the goals chart and games to goals ratio.
(He did miss the 21-11 drubbing v White Russians though, however, going off how some people view his defensive capabilities this wouldn'y have made a difference!)
Good stats Russ and we can learn a thing or two!!

Fist - 0 goals scord and 9.77 goals against ratio. Fist, you are dropped!!!! :):):):):)
Had he played in the 21 goal drubbing, then his stats would be: games played, 11, goald against 89, goals per game conceeded 8.09. Which would bring him in line with the rest of us!
I'm not piggy bashing, but the goals against bit was just to see if we could predict scores. But this table predicts the last match that we lost 5-1 to be an 8-3 loss to rangers!! So not fail safe!
