Rangers Awards Season 3

So, The day was 11th November 2005. The 3rd Powerleague season had finished a mere 8 days previously, and we'd already played our first game of season 4 not 24 hours ago! Rascle, who had won the Anton Lowe award previously, was charged with the organisation of the ceremonies! And i must say, I'm very proud of how it went! A great meal at the John Millington, and then onto the Cheadle Hulme for the awards! We found a nice corner, and Rascle started the ceremonies!

The meal was lovely, and 9 people attended.

Rascle accepts the award on behalf of his brother Gregg. Who sported 1 appearance, 1 deflected goal. And not the 7 goals he said he would score!

Historically Piggy's award, winning it last year with 6 of 9 votes, the award was shared this year by piggy and pie. Nice to see Peter accepted his award this year!

MOST IMPROVED:
Historically Rascle's award, he reluctantly passes the torch to The Fist. Who put in a sterling performance this year. Still, not as many goals as Rascle.... J/K!!

The newest award for stylish football was won by mini for his "MOJO between the sticks!"

PLAYER OF THE SEASON:
Belly wins this years player of the season! And deservedly so! For conceding a lowly average of 8.27 goals per game, and proving once again he is a superb goal mouth monkey!

Belly receives the Anton Lowe award!! As awarded by Rascle. For using his testicles to control the ball! And generally boring stories off the pitch! It will be his honour to organise and present the awards in 13 weeks time!

This years superb awards were printed on card, and featured the mark of Rascle.co.uk!


Well, that's it gentleman! for my last stats, Mini had the most votes with 12 in total. Rascle had not only second most with 10 votes, but also got voted for 5 out of 6 awards. more than any other player. He was not nominated at all for coco the clown. Only one award was won with over half the votes. That was One Hit Wonder with Gregg earning 6 votes.
